We began a half-hearted home search in the summer of 2008 seeking a foreclosure or short-sale property. Frank helped educate us on the pros and cons of each transaction while showing us a good mix of properties to help us do comparisons. My wife and I were relocating from Pittsburgh, PA, to Phoenix, AZ. Since we did not know anything about Phoenix or favorable neighborhoods, a friend of ours recommended Frank Hanson. After a brief phone call to Frank we felt comfortable that he would find the right property for us. Within a few days he arranged for us to see homes that interested us. We flew to Phoenix for the weekend, and Frank spent two full days showing us numerous houses.
Once we found one that fit our needs perfectly, we made an offer. Frank was diligent in meeting our needs as buyers up until our offer was accepted. After the offer was accepted, we thought the hardest part was over, but with new loan regulations, we were on an unexplainable rollercoaster. Every time we were close to closing the deal, another road block was put in our path and the deal fell through. Frank was the one that was able to assure us with his experience and knowledge that things would be ok. Many times we wanted to give up and were completely fed up with the loan officer that we had chosen, but Frank calmed us down and put things back in perspective. He was reassuring and calm and eventually, largely in part to Frank’s expertise, the deal closed.

Frank was such a great help to us in the home buying process, especially since we were making a big move from Chicago to AZ.
